The Char Dham Yatra is one of the most sacred pilgrimages in India, covering the four revered shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand.

Yamunotri: Dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, the source of the Yamuna River.
Gangotri: Dedicated to Goddess Ganga, the origin of the Ganges River.
Kedarnath: Dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas.
Badrinath: Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, a part of the Char Dham circuit.

Day 1: Haridwar/Rishikesh → Barkot
Drive: Approx. 7–8 hours (180 km)
En route visit Kempty Falls (Mussoorie)
Overnight stay in Barkot
Day 2: Barkot → Yamunotri → Barkot
Drive to Janki Chatti (36 km)
Trek to Yamunotri Temple (6 km)
Return to Barkot for an overnight stay
Day 3: Barkot → Uttarkashi
Drive: Approx. 4–5 hours (100 km)
Visit Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi
Overnight stay in Uttarkashi
Day 4: Uttarkashi → Gangotri → Uttarkashi
Drive: Approx. 3–4 hours (100 km one way)
Visit Gangotri Temple and Bhagirathi River
Return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay
Day 5: Uttarkashi → Guptkashi
Drive: Approx. 8–9 hours (220 km)
